Description

I came across this pipe organ while I was traveling through Scotland a while back. Having lived in Canada all my life, it wasn't hard to appreciate the beautiful architecture of this old church and technology; something I don't have the opportunity to see much of around here. (I've included a link to the outside of the church as well, for those interested).

C&C always appreciated.

Thank you

Damn nice, I love this! I been to that church too! It's in Edinburgh yes? I recognise the statue! Oh it's so damn pretty there! Well as for the photo, I love it, I got only one small nit picky crit, and that it seems just a bit off center...like maybe you were standing off to the side instead of directly in front of this lovely musical instrument! Well the colors and tones are beautiful, did you use a tripod?

And I like the font you chose for the title also :)

I love the enthusiasm Summer :), thanks for the comments too. I do believe it was Edinburgh, <---- I love that place! (especially the castle, how'd they build it there?!?! ) I was most likely off center as you mentioned. Unfortunately I was thinking more along the lines of being a tourist at the time of this photo and have only recently really taken more of an interest in photography. The image was taken on an A75 Canon (heh, i am upgrading this month I swear!) and without a tripod. It really is a beautiful place, and I'm on my way back to Europe in May, can't wait!

I agree about it being a tad off centred...but hey! You were enjoying your tour then so...great shot! Happy shooting next time you go back to Europe :)

Good picture! But a peak of the organ is a little cut also as vault. So it's not make a great impression as it can do. But anyway the photo amazes of it's grandeur.
Something about Church: It looks like the merging of Gothic and Romanesque, is not it?

Really cool shot. Just excellent. Great lighting and details. It's a bit crooked, but +10 anyway. (thumbup)

A very cool image. Good work with capturing the details. The church itself is an awesome building.
